Stan
started with Broadway Veterinary Hospital in 1991. His specialty is keeping
his "Angels" happy! Stan's favorite type of pet is a dog. He has 2 dogs,
"Bella" and "Joe." A cat named "Fairy", and
3 fish with no names. His favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing, and hangin'
with the Angels (staff). His favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because there
is food and no gifts to worry about.
Danielle joined Broadway Vet in January 2005. Her talent is getting the
staff to get the work done while having fun! Her favorite pet is anything
that likes her back! She has 6 pets; 1 cat named "Prince Charming",
2 dogs named "Chub" and "Maggie", 1 horse named "Eagle",
1 guinea pig named "Valerie", and 1 bearded dragon named "Lizzie".
She likes to camp, take Harley road trips, horseback riding and UFC. Her
favorite quote is "You're only as old as your mind thinks your are." Her
most memorable experience with Broadway Vet is when Chere and her were swimming
in Mexico in the ocean. She got a mouth full of seawater and without thinking
spit it out, right into Chere's face. She felt bad, but thought that it
was so funny that she almost drowned from laughing so hard. Thankfully,
Chere was laughing too! Her ambition is to have continued success at Broadway
Vet, and raising her two little girls to adulthood.
Laura (Department Head of Veterinary Assistants and Estimators)
Laura
started with Broadway Veterinary Hospital in August 2008. Her favorite
type of pet is a dog. She has 2 dogs named "Duke" and "Butters."
Her hobbies include hiking with my dog, camping and fishing. Her goal
is to one day become a Veterinarian.
Chris
started with Broadway Veterinary Hospital in March 2006. Her specialty is
helping run the hub, taking care of clients, and keeping laughter in the
air. She's a dog person but likes all animals. She owns a Yorkie, Pomeranian,
Poodle mix named Crush. In her free time she likes to play horseshoes and
has had many memorable experiences here at BVH. She couldn't pinpoint just
one. She enjoys the staff and learning something new everyday. Her goals
are to eventually plan a date to get married to her fiancé. They met on
a blind date years ago. She also hopes to win the lottery! Chris's favorite

Jeanne (reception)
Jeanne
started with Broadway Veterinary Hospital in September 2008. Her talent
is being an awesome grandma and landscape photography. She loves cats because
they are independant and quiet for the most part. Her hobbies include decorating
her house, hiking with her husband, landscape photography, and traveling.
Her goals are to continue learning and keep growing as a person that is
caring, giving, and happy. Her most memorable moment here is when she saw
a dog that had a button sewed to it's eyelid to help it heal after losing
it's eye!
Krystle
started at Broadway Vet in July of 2010. She loves that no day here is
the same and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with good friends.
Gwen (Veterinary Assistant, Estimator, Reception)
Gwen
joined Broadway Vet Hospital in Febuary 2011 as a veterinary assistant.
She has two dogs also known as her two pug children, Newman and
Violet. Gwen graduated from BSU in December 2008 with a B.A.
in Spanish. She loves working at Broadway Vet because it is her
passion to help pets in need. She enjoys meeting all sorts of new
animals, especially new pugs. Her goal is to one day become a Certified
Veterinary Technician.
Janet (Receptionist)
Janet
started at Broadway Vet in March 2011. She recently moved to the
Boise area from Klamath Falls, OR. Janet has a Golden Retriever
named "Dallas" and a black and white DSH named "Holyfield."
In her spare time Janet likes to go camping,
bike riding, and spending time with her family. She has 2 children
and 3 grandchildren. Her favorite quote is "I hope someday
to be the kind of person my dog thinks I am."
BACK STAFF (VETERINARY TECHNICIANS):
Chere started with Broadway Vet in February 2002. Her favorite types of
pets are cats. She has 2 dogs, "Dottie" (Lab mix) and "Tod"
(Doberman); 2 cats, "Boo" and "Belle." Her favorite
hobbies are camping, biking, reading and four-wheeling. Her favorite quote
is from the Sandlot, "You're killin' me Smalls!" Her favorite holiday is
Christmas because she gets to spend time with her family. Her most memorable
experience was on one of our team building outings a co-worker/friend got
sunburned. While standing in line surrounded by a bunch of strangers she
exclaims, "I can feel the heat in my pants!" Everyone's head just about
rotated off their necks when they tried to see who said it. They laughed
until they cried. Chere's ambition is to become a licensed C.V.T.
September started with Broadway Veterinary Hospital in March 2008. Her favorite
breed of animals is a Great Dane. She has two cats, "Buddy" and "Toki."
She likes to read and go to school. Her favorite holiday is St. Patrick's
Day. Her most memorable experience with BVH is how all the employees are
great coworkers with each other and how it contributes to helping animals
and clients. Everyone here works to better a pet in everyway. The Doctors
are great and willing to educate not only the clients but also the techs
and assistants. Altogether it's a great place to work in. My goal is to
become a Veterinarian.
Krissy
started with Broadway Veterinary Hospital in August 2008. Her favorite type
of animals are dogs. She has a dog named "Graffin." She enjoyes fishing,
camping, and horseback riding. Her favorite holiday is Christmas because
it is a chance for all family and friends to get together and enjoy the
holiday spirit.
Justene started with Broadway Vet in March 2008. Helping animals has always
been her passion and she loves her job. She has two cats, "Moby"
and "Cannon"; two dogs, "Piper" (Toy Aussie) and "Odin"
(Pit Bull); a few fish tanks, and a couple other small pets. In her spare
time she loves to be outdoors (preferably with her dogs), go to local restaurants,
watch good movies, and hang out with her friends. Her favorite quote is,
"Life is a constant struggle between ones intellect, will and passion. Intellect
must make will govern passion."
Erica (Veterinary Technician)
Erica
started working for Broadway Vet in March 2011. She is a recent graduate
from Brown Mackie College with an associates degree in Veterinary Technology.
Erica has one cat named Julianna Kat and a newfoundland named Nova. Her
hobbies include running, gardening, reading and coloring. Erica enjoys every
opportunity she gets to learn about her profession. Her long term goal is
to have a specialty or two after she becomes a certified technician and
to be the best technician she can be everyday. Her favorite quote: "Spay
and Neuter your pet and vaccinate them!"
Tom
started at Broadway Vet in August 2005. He works on dentals and he pet sits
in his off time. Tom is a cat person and he owns three named Ben, Geri,
and Batman. There is also 2 wild rabbits that he cares for in his backyard.
He enjoys going fishing and other outdoor activities. Tom's favorite holiday
is Christmas, because there is nothing pollinating. His most memorable experience
was when he had to maintain oxygen therapy while transferring a patient
to West Vet. His goal is to continue improving his dental & technician skills.
